Supply Chain Manager

**Job Description**: - 5 days work week - Location: North (Senoko) - MNC with work life balance - Industry: Manufacturer & Supplier of Equipment for Marine & Avionic - Leading a team of supply chain & warehouse personnel **Job Scope**: - **_Planning and Forecasting: _** - Analyzing market demand, sales trends, and historical data to forecast future demand for products or services. - Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop a comprehensive demand plan. - Creating and managing inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. - **_Procurement and Sourcing: _** - Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance. - Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and favorable supply agreements. - Managing relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and addressing any issues that arise. - **_Inventory Management: _** - Developing inventory policies and procedures to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize stock-outs or excess inventory. - Implementing inventory control systems to track and monitor inventory levels, including forecasting demand and setting safety stock levels. - Conducting regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. - **_Logistics and Distribution: _** - Overseeing transportation activities, including selecting carriers, negotiating freight rates, and optimizing delivery routes. - Coordinating with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Managing logistics service providers and monitoring their performance to meet customer service level agreements. - **_Demand Fulfillment and Customer Service: _** - Monitoring customer orders and ensuring timely order processing, shipment, and delivery. - Resolving any issues related to order fulfillment, such as delays, damages, or incorrect shipments. - Collaborating with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - **_Continuous Improvement and Optimization: _** - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency. - Analyzing supply chain data and key performance indicators to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. - Implementing lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other improvement frameworks to drive operational excellence. - **_Cross-Functional Collaboration: _** - Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. - Collaborating with external partners, including suppliers, customers, and service providers, to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration. - Participating in cross-functional projects or initiatives to support overall business goals and strategic initiatives. **Job Requirement**: - Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or related studies - Good experience in managing supply chain operation - Capable to influence stakeholders across functional team to align with the operation direction - Possess data analytics skills & ability To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button Staffking Pte Ltd (20C0358) | Chong Kar Ming (John) (R21101412)
