JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

Supporting the setting up and running of JLL Global Consulting assignments covering (e.g.) Future of Work, Workplace Strategy Projects, and Change Management. Key tasks will include: Collecting and analyzing data such as: headcount; occupancy, collaboration and utilization; floor plan layout, efficiency and functionality.
Understanding and defining clients’ operating models, including organizational structure, resource strength, baseline costs, business processes and performance metrics.
Supporting the stakeholder engagement process in C-suite interviews, staff workshops, online surveys, and facilitating workshops and focus group discussions, etc.
Synthesizing and interpreting the findings, reporting on them, and presenting them back to client leadership to support the decision-making process.
Supporting the delivery of change and communications programs, including planning and managing the process, and collateral preparation and presentation (graphic, text, video, etc.).
Supporting the development of a property portfolio strategy.
