- Champion the continuous improvement of the cross-channel customer journey and communication touchpoints to drive conversion
- Possess solid experience managing campaigns across different channels and inventory management to optimise maximum returns
- Understand the intricacies of customer journey and site optimisation to identify opportunities to increase conversion through data driven decisions.
- Analyse the effectiveness of ecommerce marketing & advertising budget by channel to maximize ROI
- Understand P&L & inventory management for the ecommerce channels
- Plan, conceptualize and execute promotional/marketing campaigns in all platforms including promotion execution, site and storefront layouts for new campaigns and product launches, banners and general content creation
- Maintain good relationship with marketplaces to constantly improve brand's performance and exposure
**Job Requirements**:

- Good Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in E-commerce Management and/or Marketing
- Excellent written and oral English skills and able to speak and write Chinese
- Working knowledge in Salesforce Commerce Cloud advantageous
- Good understanding of performance media management, marketing and brand building
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
