Executive, Institutional Client Servicing

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the Institutional Sales Team based in Singapore in managing the day-to-day relationship with institutional clients
- Handle clients’ enquiries and ensure that these are attended to promptly and efficiently by addressing them directly or channelling them to the relevant departments. These include all correspondences with clients including obligations covered under in the Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) on notifications and reporting.
- Coordinate the reporting requirements with different departments, including compliance reporting on portfolio errors and breaches and ensuring rectification on breaches
- Work closely with client to implement new Investment Guidelines or changes to IMA. These include ensuring the Investment, Risk, Compliance, Trading, Middle Office and relevant teams are agreeable on the viability, implementation and time-line for the new changes.
- Co-ordinate the setup of a new account:
- Assists in reviewing IMA, investment guidelines, etc
- Collate KYC (Know Your Client) and other necessary documents required for new account
- Once IMA terms and guidelines are finalised, to assist in the execution of the IMA. Ensure that relevant internal departments are provided with final copies & informed accordingly.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure new account is smoothly incepted.
- Update and maintain client information within in-house KYC Tool
- Coordinate with different departments on ongoing due diligence
- Any other assigned tasks.
**BACK-UP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a back-up cover for other client servicing team members
