**Regional Analyst, Total Benefits Advisory & Management**

**What the day will look like**

Flex Benefits Feasibility Studies:

- Conduct data analysis, surveys, and focus groups to evaluate the feasibility of flex benefits programs.
- Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations.

Client Engagement and Meetings:

- Support and participate in client meetings, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Conduct client stewardship meetings, including preparing detailed analyses and tailored reports.

Internal Projects and Efficiency Improvements:

- Drive leading-edge initiatives that deliver measurable impact for clients and the organization.
- Collaborate on internal projects to enhance team efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery.

Reporting and Communications:

- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and materials for client discussions and internal use.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client and project objectives.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders in the region and across multiple projects.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience conducting surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with flex benefits programs is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
