**Overview**:
Oakwood & Drehem Capital is a corporate finance and valuation expert with recognised presence across key markets in Southeast Asia. **Gain**:

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working on sell-side and buy-side deals in all stages of execution.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets and assist in the preparation of investment memorandum and presentations
- Assess industry and conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities
- Producing and analysing financial models and assessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts
- Assist in negotiating deal terms, including valuations, structuring, and financing arrangements
- Building and maintaining client relationships before, during and after engagements
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including investment bankers, lawyers, and industry experts

**Key Skillsets and Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 - 8 years corporate finance, corporate/business development, M&A role; with large corporates and/or investment banks / Big 4 transaction services
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong capability to manage multiple projects
- Good communication skills
