Some of the key features of a Solution Responsible (SR) Manager include, but are not limited to:
Overall responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the SR Team (SET) to meet and/or exceed expected performances such as order intake and profit budgets for Systems projects.

Managing _country _account and developing _country _end-users and EPC market for international projects.

Central monitoring and controlling of all sales performances such as quotations, orders, hit rate etc. and providing consolidated reports to the Head of Department.

Managing sales policies, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation.

Coordinating overall sales quality standards between the engineer and any internal or external quality personnel or standards organization.

Identifying and developing best practices, master price list etc.

A mentoring platform for sales and sales support engineers, providing guidance/coaching to both existing and new engineers.

Developing competency of sales and sales support engineers, including identifying training and development needs of each engineer.

Developing and managing SET Team documentation archives.

Providing advice to the Head of Department on Systems related issues that are aligned with the strategic needs of the organization.

Ensuring ISO standards are implemented at all times.

Continuous enhancement of existing practices/processes to improve productivity and profitability.

Position Company for future business from customers.

Identifying and developing potential markets.

Implementing and managing database of lessons learned.

Conduct Win/Lose analysis to evaluate reasons for winning or losing bids to further enhance database of lesson learned as basis for continuous process improvement.
