Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support in the implementation of IVRS / VDC / AR / VR services, BIM ISO 19650 & BIM Management in the various business units.

Provide competitive edge to Business Unit in their Tendering process and BID Management and leveraging IVRS / VDC / VR / BIM capabilities and Processes / Workflows / Strategies.

Work with the teams on VDC and VR (VRcollab Software) & other VR Tools.

Work with Augmented Reality (AR) devices using Oculus and Hololens.

To provide SJ’s in-house VDC Classes / Training / Clinics / Workshops to Business Units to get the efficient results within the Triple Constraints in their ongoing design and execution stages as part of the project or mandatory requirements.

To operate IVRS and give presentations (Presenting Demo and operations on Virtual Reality (VR) and Immersive Virtual Reality System (IVRS) / Computer Aided Virtual Environment (CAVE) to the Visitors / Delegates.

Implement and Conduct the VDC process in to the IVRS.

Establish standards of practice and integrated workflows with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration including Integrated Digital Delivery and Integrated Project Delivery.

Provide technical support to help business units engage IVRS / VDC Services.

Develop collaborative project workflows and processes with project partners and VDC staff.

Knowledge of Singapore standard VDC guide.

Provide VDC implementation oversight on projects; develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Work with Project Managers and Design Leaders to establish the VDC process for inclusion the Project Execution Plan and project support including authoring, collaboration & management of BIM Projects.

Review and report on the status and progress of IVRS / usage and adoption.

Update, develop, and implement VDC training programs for staff.

Liaison with IT staff and programmers to ensure functional and efficient hardware and software setup.

Progress reporting to Senior Director.

**Job role requirement includes**:
Assist to oversee the development and acquisition of digital solutions.

Assist to implements policies and processes to support the organisation’s strategies.

Assist in analyzing how digital solutions can be used to optimize processes.

Assist in technology adoption, innovation and associated change management activities.

Assist to establishes guidelines for the implementation of new solutions and continuous process improvement to drive capability building.

Possesses knowledge in digital technologies.

Provides technical support to the team.

Works in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple projects and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of Design-Bid-Build, Design - Bid, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and other modern contractual delivery methods.

Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats and interoperability techniques.

10 years of VDC experience in Singapore.

**Software knowledge and proficiency with the following**:
Revit, AutoCAD, AECOsim Building Designer, Computational BIM (Dynamo), Navisworks, Solibri, Primavera, MS Project, BIM collab, Power BI, BIM 360, Aconex, ProjectWeb, ProjectWise, MS Office & Windows and Internet Applications.
