We are looking for a passionate and driven **Product Specialist**to join our **Terabite F&B Platform**team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy graduate who enjoys working with people, understands digital platforms, and is excited to make a tangible impact in the fast-growing F&B technology landscape.

You will act as the product expert, guiding customers in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Terabite platform to meet their operational needs. This is a customer-facing role that blends technical understanding, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with customers to **understand business requirements**and configure the platform to suit each site’s operations.
- Conduct **customer onboarding, training sessions**, and provide clear documentation and guidance for end users.
- Deliver **timely support and troubleshooting**, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal **development and product teams**to communicate customer feedback and drive platform enhancements.
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Uphold service excellence standards while ensuring continuous improvement in user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates/ students currently studying for Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**in English.
- **High emotional intelligence (EQ)**with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and digital transformation.
- Experience or familiarity with **F&B operations**or **SaaS platforms**is an advantage.
- Able to commit to the full traineeship year period preferred
