**1) **JOB OVERVIEW**
Responsible for identifying, assessing, and advising on risks arising from the workplace or work processes, recommending measures to eliminate or minimize and control the risks, and implementing the measures at the Outlets. He/she is also responsible for preventing or reducing health and environmental risks and improving quality of the processes at all the Outlets.
**2) **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- To conduct food safety & workplace hygiene audits at outlets to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
- To provide outlet audit report and advice to stakeholders in terms of food safety & hygiene standards.
- To maintain or enhance the FSMS to meet the requirements of ISO 22000 standards, and to coordinate with the stakeholders in its preparation and readiness.
- To regularly review the food safety management system and spearhead implementations for continual improvements.
- To assist in the pre-outlet WSH audit to ensure new outlet are compliance with the regulatory requirements and advice on any immediate critical corrective improvements before outlet opening.
- To conduct accident investigation, prepare reports, advice on corrective actions and improvements to be shared with internal stakeholders and customers.
- To conduct Basic Food Hygiene training for new employees and renewing of BFH certification for existing employees.
- To participate actively in the on-site safety committee meeting chaired by the customers as and when assigned by the supervisor.
- To perform other tasks/projects, as assigned by the supervisor.
**3) **QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food safety industry.
- Good track record of motivating staff and influencing stakeholders in support of food safety program implementation and innovation.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or any Food Safety Management System.
- Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player.
- A keen eye for details and results oriented.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
