We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in our Workplace Safety and Health Consultancy company. As a Management Trainee, you will gain valuable exposure and hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including occupational hygiene consultancy, ergonomics consultancy, workplace safety and health consultancy, and training. **Responsibilities**:

- Learn and assist in providing occupational hygiene consultancy services, including conducting workplace assessments, monitoring and evaluating exposure to hazardous substances, and recommending control measures.
- Support the ergonomics consultancy team in evaluating workspaces, conducting ergonomic assessments, and providing recommendations to improve ergonomic conditions.
- Assist in workplace safety and health consultancy activities, such as identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, and assisting in the implementation of safety management systems.
- Assist experienced professionals in delivering workplace safety and health training programs, including preparing training materials, and assessing training effectiveness etc.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of our consultancy services and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for clients, highlighting findings, recommendations, and solutions based on consultancy projects.
- Stay updated with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in workplace safety and health to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in workplace safety and health, with a desire to develop a career in this field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and provide practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work under supervision to develop professional skills.
- Prior experience or certifications in occupational hygiene, ergonomics, or workplace safety and health will be a plus.
