Reporting to the founder, the Brand Marketing Associate Director at illion will play a crucial role in driving the commercialization of our unique long-lasting flowers and expanding our product portfolio to include luxury gifts. This position requires a strategic and creative thinker with a strong business acumen, a passion for our products, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Commercialization and Product Marketing**:

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our long-lasting flowers and luxury gift offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to create compelling content and PR campaigns that generate awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Create value propositions and effectively communicate the benefits of our products to the target audience.

**Brand Evangelism and Market Share Growth**:

- Lead the team in achieving global marketing pipeline targets, contributing to increased market share and customer acquisition.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product and marketing innovation.

**Budget Management and ROI**:

- Take full P&L responsibility, managing the marketing budget effectively and ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions, translating them into actionable strategies and plans.

**Go-to-Market Strategy and Launch Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio, including long-lasting flowers and luxury gifts, ensuring impactful and successful launches.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop integrated global marketing programs that drive awareness, demand generation, and sales acceleration.

**Customer Experience and Market Leadership**:

- Lead the market with innovative offerings that provide a competitive advantage, uphold the brand promise, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Understand and champion the needs and motivations of our customers, identifying opportunities to better serve and engage with the audience.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, with a minimum of 8-10 years (fresh graduates with unique perspective are welcome too) of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or gifting industry.
- Strong business acumen with a sales-focused mindset and the ability to translate data and insights into effective marketing strategies and action plans.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in budget management and reporting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Expert knowledge of industry trends and insights in the luxury goods and gifting sector.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
