Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate between Engineering, Procurement and Construction to resolve issues and ensure a positive process flow.
- Follow up all the Architectural related fabrication and erection activities.
- Establish 6 week look ahead plan for the team.
- Plan milestones/weekly progress/Progress Report/Slippage and come out with mitigation plan.
- Work with planning and come out with forecast planning for assignment activity.
- Perform check and come out with a report for engineering design deliverables vs construction schedule.
- Conduct weekly meeting with Engineering.
- Follow up Engineering with on time drawing, hold release and on time material take off.
- Establish Material report and closely follow up procurement on material status
- Monitor on panels arrival and installation.
- Ensure the HSE Standards towards Zero LTI target in the construction site by conducting tool box safety briefing, PSI encouraging HISS cards.
- Conduct weekly meeting with sub-contractor.
- Monitor the progress in terms of all the Architectural related activities and arrange for mitigation plan in case of slippages.
- Ensure site activities are executed as per the constructability studies.
- Oversee all the facilities are fully utilized and also arrange if any short fall.
- Liaise closely with planning department for weekly progress follow up and also for overall progress and slippage.
- Monitor shop drawing/cutting plan issuance and communicate with sub-contractor for speedy fabrication/erection activities.
- Ensure project requirements/standards are met at all time and aspects.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architectural or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experienced in Project Execution and Construction Management.
- Experience in Architectural Works in Living Quarters Topside for Offshore & Onshore projects.
- Knowledge in Architectural panels/ walls fabrication and erection process.
- Knowedlge in Navisworks.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, PDMS Software.
- Familiar in design review, budget estimation and planning.
- Experience in managing Vendors and Sub-Contractors.
- Able to handle her/his project independently.
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work at height and/or confined spaces
- Willing to commit overtime
- Willing to travel overseas when required
- This is a 2 years contract position
