**Working Hours**:Min. 8-10 hours per shift **(No fix shift; must perform rotating shifts)**
**Salary**:Up to $3,800/month

**Job Duties**:

- Assist in overseeing daily bakery operations, including production, sales and inventory management.
- Ensure all bakery products meet quality, freshness and presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies and minimize wastage.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Promote bakery products and upsell special items to maximize sales.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to attract customers.
- Support in training, scheduling supervising bakery staffs (Bakers and Sales staffs).
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure team adherence to Company’s policies
- Help manage cash handling and daily sales report.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory and staff attendance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of Managerial experience in a Bakery or Food Retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety standards and inventory management.
- Basic financial acumen (handling cash, sales reporting).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and PH.

Pay: Up to $3,800.00 per month
