Perform book keeping and proper documentation to ensure that all company records are filed and organised correctly for future reference
- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, mailing, and communicating with clients
- Assist with monthly payroll which includes accounting and documenting of records
- Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, office equipment etc. for staff.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication to ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to details
Duration of attachment/traineeship: 6 months
Training allowance: $2100 to $3300
Educational qualifications required for the traineeship role under SGUNITED Traineeship: Minimum ITE certification
