**About the Team**:
Our Global Legal Compliance (GLC) team provides key support for all of ByteDance’s innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and integrated platforms servicing our global markets. We help our technological and business teams enable their vision by providing integrated legal compliance guidance and support.
We are looking for a highly experienced, bright, and capable compliance professional to join us and work closely with our team and other internal stakeholders to lead, support and manage strategic compliance projects across the globe relating to our company's innovative enterprise and consumer product offerings and services.
This role will be based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically support and implement regional legal compliance projects and initiatives.
- Keep track of and manage progress for major compliance projects such as regional risk assessments, internal investigations, and compliance reviews / remediations.
- Advise on escalation of compliance inquiries and material matters handled by GLC's regional compliance officers.
- Support regional stakeholder engagements including in person training and communications.
- Conduct and coordinate data analysis across regional compliance projects to identify compliance trends and risks.
- Work with GLC's regional compliance officers on providing regional feedback and insight to global compliance programs.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant education: Law, Risk Management, Audit, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent is required. CCEP, or other compliance certifications, preferred.
- Extensive and deep working experience focusing on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption / Anti-Money Laundering / Sanctions in Compliance / Ethics / Risk Management.
- Strong experience working on regional or global compliance projects.
- A confident self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to effectively and proactively exercise good judgment and partner with various stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, initiative and verbal/written communication skills.
- Determination to face tough challenges and work independently on many different projects and solutions at once in a fast-paced environment while keeping a sense of humor.
- Willing to travel and work in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Techonology industry.
- Experience with analyzing technology businesses / products to determine their compliance with applicable laws.
- Experience in white collar crime investigation and/or data analytics is a plus.
