- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the company's financial budgets and preparation of periodic financial reports/statements for management and statutory purposes.
- Deliver insights from sales reporting/P&L to influence plans and strategies.
- Responsible for the timely preparation and completion of the annual report and ensuring compliance with the prevailing law and regulations.
- Responsible for liaising with the Management and internal and external auditors on finance and tax-related matters.
- Assist in tax compliance and statutory matters, liaising with statutory bodies and providing explanations on the movement of accounts, filing statistics and etc.
- Assist in evaluating new business/ outlet expansion opportunities and perform analysis and audit for business acquisitions.
- Direct and control all financial and accounting systems to ensure timely and reliable financial services and information flow.
- Responsible for the proper management of the company's cash funds and resources and for maintaining a set of records concerning banking arrangements.
- Develop and direct the company's overall financial strategy, plans and accounting practices and policies.
- Oversee Finance functions and ensure their operating effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review financial control systems, policies and procedures by identifying weaknesses and recommending improvements.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.

- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent professional qualifications.
- 5 years of experience, preferably in the F&B industry with managerial capacity.
- Audit experience is an added advantage.
- Familiar with general accounting principles, regulations, compliance requirements, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
