**Supervisor 7:30 - 5:00/8:00 (6 Off/ Month)
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain high level of customer service as per brand standards. Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
- Present menu, take orders, suggest and upsell products as per customer needs
- Manage and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner by following brand’s SOPs
- Carry out mise en place duties, prepare and present dishes with highest quality to customers
- Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed
- Follow FEFO and ensure that expired products are not found in store stocks
- Bussing and turnover tables in a timely manner
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping as required
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly appearance of store as per brand standards
- Execute any other duties as requested by immediate supervisor

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in F&B
- Warm and cheerful personality
- Proactive and efficient
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn with good attitude
