**Learning & Development/Human Resources Business Partner**

Our client, an international e-commerce logistics provider is looking for a Learning & Development & Human Resources Business Partner to join their APAC team.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources APAC, this role supports to develop and implement learning and development programs for employees in the APAC region.

You will need to provide content sourcing, conduct training, facilitating workshops, program management and promote a learning culture for Asendia APAC. You will also need to act as the HR Generalist for APAC employees based in Oceania and Head Office.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct learning needs analysis to assess employees’ current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver business strategy.
- Contribute to developing annual learning & development framework for business managers and employees.
- Design, develop and deliver practical learning solutions to address important management & cross-cultural topics as business expands.
- Deliver and manage development programs such as onboarding programs, company-wide training programs and develop competency model.
- Manage the Performance Management Process for the APAC region.
- Support talent acquisition activities such as developing recruitment policy and managing recruitment process for the region.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines; or with equivalent relevant work experience.
- A HR Generalist background with minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development or talent management.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees.
- A team player who can multi-task and possess strong analytical skills.
- Well-versed with prevailing HR best practices and strong knowledge in talent development.
