**Senior IT Officer**

Our client, Ang Mo Kio Family Service Centre is a leading community-based social service agency, which provides a holistic range of services to support children, youths, families and seniors at multiple touchpoints across Singapore.

To undertake IT end-user support and ensure IT services are efficiently provided to support business operations

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- End User Supports
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Manage and administrate the helpdesk incidents to meet SLA
- IT Infrastructure Support and Maintenance
- Vendor Relationship Management
- IT Administrative JobsMaintains the IT documentation and reporting
Conducts periodic IT Assets Checks
Assists in IT Auditing
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor(s)
- Organize and serve on Agency and Shared Services events when required
- Undertake and spearhead special projects, assignments or programs in the Agency when required

**Desired Skills and Competencies**
- Minimum IT related Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in Microsoft Windows and Azure is preferred
- Multiple Cloud Computing knowledge is advantageous
- At least 3 years of experience in IT tech support, desktop support, or similar roles
- Working in a non-profit organization and social services agency is preferred
- Supporting multiple locations operation is advantageous
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Organized, meticulous, with a positive working attitude (Can-Do)
