YOUR ROLE: 

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI), MLOps, and applied machine learning on public cloud platforms. The role involves building GenAI-powered applications and leveraging GenAI for accelerating software and data development. 

• Develop and deploy GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to operationalize pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Use GenAI for productivity enhancements (automated code generation, testing, documentation).
• Implement best practices for model governance, risk management, and responsible AI.
• Deliver insights and AI products for Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, and Retail clients. 

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE 

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science / AI roles.
• Strong background in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and model fine-tuning.
• Hands-on with at least one public cloud (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
• Python proficiency (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow).
• Experience deploying ML/GenAI applications using Kubernetes or serverless. 

GOOD TO HAVE 

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
• MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI pipelines, Azure ML).
• Domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, or Retail.
• Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, GDPR, PDPA). 

We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
