Oxhain is a Turkish-based firm dealing with Cryptocurrency. We are dealing with 10 Basic cryptocurrencies at the moment. We are seeking someone who is a pro expert in the trading aspect of Cryptocurrency and have an expert leval in Risk Management Side.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on experience in Designing, implementing, and executing a global risk management strategy and framework for our newly launched exchange.
- Guide the management, direction, and implement Enterprise Risk Management, Market Risk Management, and Credit Risk Management strategies and operations and ensure they meet regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Business Development Manager and Marketing heads to understand the business requirements for products and services, develop effective working relationships with risk owners, and ensure risks related to products and services are understood by Senior Management
- Provide regular reporting to Senior Management that Includes the CEO and the Board detailing risk exposures and performance against ‘risk appetite’ to facilitate decision-making
- Set mission, vision, and goals for the Risk team. Develop, lead, and motivate the Risk team to maximize effectiveness and deliver on goals
- Provide proactive and practical risk management advice to key stakeholders
- Keep abreast of key developments in the global regulatory landscape.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Multi-year experience leading and motivating a global and multi-risk-specialty team
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and expertise covering a variety of risk types, including, but not limited to, enterprise, market, credit, and financial risk
- A deep understanding of risk management frameworks
- General understanding of trade desk risk monitoring and counterparty due diligence
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts
- Practical and commercial approach to problem-solving
- Ability to communicate at varying seniority levels, including Senior Management and the Board
- Proven track record in the field of Risk Management in Cryptocurrency.

Salary : 1500 usd to 2500 Usd.

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
