About the team

The Product team defines our strategy to scale our vision to allow users to invest, earn, and trade in a zk-powered self-custodial exchange. The Trading team builds the products that sit at the heart of this mission: perpetuals, spot, and margin trading systems designed for both power users and everyday investors.

You will be part of the trading vertical of the product team and collaborate across engineering, design, quant research, QA, and partnerships to deliver trading experiences that are intuitive, performant, and resilient.

We work fast, with high ownership and direct accountability with minimal but effective processes.

What you'll do

We're looking for a Trading Product Manager who will take ownership of key trading verticals and drive them from idea to live product. You'll define features, work closely with engineers and quants to deliver them, and engage with traders to ensure the exchange meets real market needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Define, scope, and prioritize features across perpetuals, spot, and unified margin trading.
  • Translate trading requirements into clear product specifications for engineering, quant, design, and QA teams.
  • Test and validate trading flows across web and mobile to ensure reliability and usability.
  • Work directly with traders and clients, answering questions and integrating feedback into the roadmap.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of trading products, from strategy to execution.
  • Identify which product features drive trading volume and retention, and apply those lessons to Grvt's roadmap.
  • Operate with autonomy, owning your verticals without waiting for direction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the long-term vision and roadmap for Grvt's trading products.
  • Drive adoption and retention by defining and shipping features that matter to traders.
  • Measure impact through data, experiments, and direct user insights.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across design, QA, and partnerships to deliver releases on time.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with direct experience in trading or exchange products.
  • Understanding of spot and perpetual trading systems.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience at a crypto or traditional exchange.
  • Engineering background or technical fluency is a plus.
  • Familiar with Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with full ownership.
