**Job Duties**:

- When the manager/supervisor is not present, assigns duties to complete all necessary daily service center work.
- Confers with technical personnel and managers/supervisors to report and resolve assembly and testing problems and reports unresolved problems.
- Participate in the risk assessment or assist in conducting the risk assessment.
- Ensure the implementation of the Company EHS Policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to company personnel and resources.
- To maintain a level of housekeeping acceptable to the company and its clients.
- Cleaning of equipment.
- Painting of equipment.
- Booking in and checking serial numbers.
- Check that all test dates on equipment are current and ensure that equipment is in a usable condition.
- Obtains and distributes supplies, materials, and equipment such as components and parts used for work, assembly, test and inspection specifications and test equipment, fixtures, and hand tools.
- Strip down and rebuild equipment.
- High Pressure Hydrostatic Pressure test equipment.
- Carry out MPI and wall thickness measurements and record results.
- Loading out equipment ensuring compliance with SPM Oil and Gas and customer specifications.
- Be prepared to work offsite / overseas if required.
- Carry out deliveries as required.
- Knowledge of Syteline: Receiving Order, Shipping Order, Inventory Check

**Job Accountabilities**:
Perform All Duties of Service Technician

Process incoming iron start to finish. Able to accept equipment from delivery, recertify equipment, load equipment for delivery, complete all associate paperwork, process SPM certificates, and deliver notes (without supervision)
- Prepare all reports as per SPM Standards
- Process All SPM Customer Requirements
- Perform MPI Testing
- Perform Ultrasonic Testing
- Basic Understanding of SPM Pumps
- Experienced in Other Manufacturers' Treating Iron
- Strip, Inspect, Clean, and Rebuild/Reassemble all required flow control components.
- Perform Ultrasonic Testing and completion of associated paperwork
- Pressure Test All SPM & Customers Treating Iron and Complete related Pressure Test Reports
- Assist in MPI Testing
- Assist Senior Service Technicians
- Check Equipment IN & OUT
- Driving Duties as assigned
- Inventory Incoming Iron
- Clean/Treat Iron
- Prepare Parts for MPI
- Knowledge of SPM Products and Customer Requirements
- Responsible for painting components per customer specifications.
- Provides proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area.
- Assists with customers as needed.
- Monitors daily work activities to ensure requirements are met.
- Inventory management pick and pack equipment for customers’ load out.
- Performs other routine duties.

**Job Measurements**:

- To ensure that the work is completed on time and safely to meet customer’s needs.
- To ensure that workshop KPI are met.
- To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported
