Writes service reports after every appointment.

Collaborates with managers and other service technicians.

Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.

SKILLS:

1.Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.

2.Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.

3.Problem solving skill to repair failed products or processes on a machine or a system.

4.Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.

5.Works with customers and has excellent customer service skills.

6.Collaborates with managers and service technicians has strong interpersonal skills.
