**Designation**:Senior Tour Consultant

**Job Summary**:

- A Sr. Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of all travel requirements of client accounts and will act as a trusted advisor.
- He/she will provide the highest possible level of personal travel service to all clients whilst forging and developing relationships across all levels of the business imparting best in class market knowledge of airline and transport providers and thus supporting clients’ key objective in travel arrangement.
- Finally, he/she will ensure maximum revenue generation in all areas for BML whilst always ensuring significant ROI to the client.

**Qualifications**:

- Hands-on in itinerary preparation and costing of Tour Packages for FIT's and GIT (International & Domestic) - **APAC experience is a must**:

- Dealing with the suppliers/vendors regarding operational aspects
- Competent in getting new partners on board
- Competent in computer skills (Galileo GDS / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Excellent and strong multi-tasker who works well under pressure and can easily deal with short lead requests within SLA
- Accomplished and confident negotiator
- Able to self-motivate and motivate others
- Creative, open-minded and willingness to work in a start-up
- An excellent communicator & team player at all times
- Positive & encouraging approach to all tasks no matter how big or small

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- To ensure all incoming calls and written communication are actioned promptly, efficiently and dealt with in an appropriate manner responding to the business and client needs.
- Identify suppliers and co-ordinate travel requirements negotiating on the client’s behalf using agreed rate caps to achieve the best rates and commission.
- To maximize all income opportunities and be actively aware of commission rates, market discounts.
- To undertake face to face meetings with customers as and when required and continually build relationships with suppliers.
- Responsible for negotiating all rates and airline contractual terms & conditions.
- Identify upselling opportunities and action accordingly.
- To undertake any other duties or responsibilities that may reasonably be expected within the terms of the role as assigned by the CEO.
- To build effective working relationships and maintain regular communication with key individuals from all areas of the business.
- To continually improve and update own product knowledge through targeted activities and promote a professional image of BML (BucketmyList) to all clients and suppliers.
