**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Product innovation, design and roadmap management:
- Identifying new service opportunities by understanding market dynamics, technological advancements and customer’s business challenges
- Manage new product development and enhancements (including product rationalization & retirement) with Engineering & Innovation and other stakeholders
- Develop benchmark against competitors’ product offering to improve product features, pricing plan and business processes and/or for new existing services to ensure market competitiveness
- Provide support in development and execution of Go-to-Market strategies, branding and marketing initiatives together with Product Manager/Directors, Product Marketing Managers
- Enable solutioning, pre-sales and sales in customer engagement and product validation, including:
- Provide product training and update product information
- Work with the sales and technical teams to develop responses to customer queries and write/assist with proposals (RFI/RFP) plus manage product demonstrations
- Accurately understand, articulate and assess customer’s requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Recommend the right product and solution offerings that bring optimal value to customers
- Develop and maintain presentations and demonstrations as products evolve
- Work with and support product management by gathering feedback from customers on current products and provide input on new products
- Manage partnerships and alliances with key suppliers and vendors
- Stay current with technology trends and developments
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing / Business IT or other relevant degrees
- Min. 5 years’ experience in supporting the selling of complex technical solutioning and large system implementations to corporations and/or governments, including requirement gathering, system analysis and writing functional specifications
- Understand trade/regulatory compliance formality requirement
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
