**Membership Intern
We are looking for a fun and vibrant team player who cares deeply in delivering great experiences for our members. This role sits within the Membership team, however you will be liaising and working with all departments to help plan events and bring Ideas to life. To understand how the operations work, you will also have to cross train with the Service and Reception teams to understand the club operation.

**Role**:

- Manage highly sensitive membership data - create and update records and databases
- Support team with analysis of member data
- Support with day to day membership admin and management of Bardo, our co-working space
- Filter new membership enquiries to relevant team members
- Support membership team
- Conceptualizing, producing and managing community focused initiatives, events and programming, working with the wider 1880 team
- Assist in creation of Event Orders and ensure all details are correct
- Source decor, props, games, materials etc. required for events
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager

**We are looking for somebody who is**
- Engaging and a good team player
- Resourceful and willing to put in the energy to scout for décor and props for our plethora of events
- Great at administrative skills and crafts
- Excited to research new ideas for connecting members Interested in F&B, hospitality, and events
- Able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines
- Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends/public holidays
- Committed to us for 6 months (negotiable)
