We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Manager, Regulatory Reporting.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Lead a team in the quality delivery of reporting deliverables such as MAS regulatory returns and solvency computations
- Handle month-end financial close and reporting including reconciliations, preparation of journals and high-level analytics, etc.
- Participate in external audit process including coordination of audit works, and preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory returns
- Assist in Chart of Accounts maintenance
- Identify opportunities for process and internal control improvements, execute and implement them to raise operational efficiency and enhance quality of reported financials
- Handle ad hoc and administrative tasks relating to financial reporting
- Lead or participate in ad hoc projects on finance transformations or company-wide projects impacting financial reporting, including IFRS 17 implementation

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy / Finance or any relevant professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA)
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry
- A leader and a good team player
- Hands-on, meticulous, and good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of risk and control management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
