We are a leading provider of behavioural therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum and those with ADHD, learning difficulties with more than 20 years of experiences.

We are looking for positive & proactive **Client Relationship Executive** to work in a fast-paced energetic team.

**Job Duties**:

- Customer support - to perform reception, registration, administration of clients visit or visitors
- Appointment schedule for clients registration and enrollment
- Housekeeping of all internal office matters and administrative work
- Assist with marketing & business development initiatives
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and strong office administration skills
- **Proactive, independent, meticulous and organized**:

- Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a small, fast-paced environment
- Able to learn web-based system for appointment booking, schedule, billing etc.
- Patient, understanding and able to display professionalism in handling & receiving inquiries and clients.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 5 years (preferred)
