**Brilliant Business Development Manager**

We're looking for a Brilliant Business Development Manager who will work with our Marketing teams of both Singapore and Hong Kong office, in managing sales pipelines and driving business growth in region of Southeast Asia (**mainly Singapore**). If you have a proven experience in the Business Development field, this role may be for you

**The Company**

**- **Explore market opportunities and provide integrated analytical solutions to improve decision-making on various channels to develop the Singapore/Malaysia markets.
- Formulate and implement Strategic marketing management and promotion campaigns with different cooperation channels to bring growth and establish a positive and reliable image for the company, such as eDM, CRM, advertisements, web pages, newspapers, magazines, and TV advertisements to introduce potential customers to the company's services.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets, and growth projections, and producing reports for management
- Explore new business opportunities/partners with distinctive and innovative ideas for the long-term development of business sources and lead generation
- Work closely and coordinate with internal teams (both Hong Kong and Malaysia teams) and external parties in program evaluation to learn and sharpen execution plans and improve ROI, to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist with the execution of both online and offline promotional campaigns, meetings, networking, and attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least three years of experience in digital marketing/Business management.
- Fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese and English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good in writing and verbal communication skills.
- Have leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
- Possess business or industry insights with analytical skills.
- Strong Problem-solving skills.
