- We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who can:

- be responsible for performing regular controls across Global Investment Management (Global IM) in a Quality Assurance role- support new or emerging business areas and identify limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility
- able to troubleshoot problems independently and engage stakeholders in different functional areas and at various levels
- identify and propose pragmatic and potential solutions for addressing control gaps
- stay aware of current economic and market activity, keeping an eye on how this aligns with risks to processes
- increase efficiencies by utilizing technology
- actively participate in business requirement management, business analysis / specification, testing and implementation support of system enhancements
- troubleshoot problems independently and play an active role in engaging stakeholders
- deliver high quality support to business stakeholders and partners across the value chain

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Operating Office team within Global Investment Management APAC in Singapore.

**Your expertise**
- university degree in a banking / finance-related discipline
- at least 3 years of experience in Financial Institutions managing process and operational risks with familiarity in the discretionary portfolio management space a plus
- audit or Operational Risk experience will be desirable
- proficient language skills in English
- experience in collaborating with international teams across business divisions
- familiarity with financial products and operational front-to-back flow
- experienced in driving changes that involve managing stakeholders and communications
- the ability to work under pressure and meet targets with mínimal errors
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- experience in using MS Access and running of SQL queries. Knowledge of VBA is a plus
- self-motivated, responsible and meticulous with good communication skills and a self-starter
- able to assess new ideas and provide implementable solutions with a view on the big picture
- well organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
- client service focused (internal & external)
- a strong team player and contributes to the team
