We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven regional Sales Executive to be a key player in a quest to revolutionize the marine industry. As a regional sales executive, you will play a critical role in engaging with dealers and clients all across the region, including Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, while also fostering direct sales relationships with boat builders primarily in Taiwan, China, and Japan.

**What You'll Do**
- Craft and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and meet sales targets.
- Support and grow our dealer network across your territory, integrating our product more heavily into OEMs' line-up.
- Engage in every stage of the sales process, from product promotion to product delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools and produce regular sales reports to aid team coordination and strategy.
**Requirements**:
- An experienced professional with 3-5 years in a technical sales position within the marine industry.
- Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of boat mechanics, particularly stabilization systems.
- A team player with excellent communication, account management, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and prepared to travel up to 40% of the time.
- A holder of a tertiary Business and/or Marketing qualification (preferred).
- Proficient in Mandarin (advantageous).
