**Front of House Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare restaurant tables with particular attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to diners professionally and make them feel at home
- Present restaurant menus and help diners select food/beverages and wine
- Take and serve orders and engage with diners at the right time to enhance the joy of dining
- Answer questions or make recommendations for innovative pastry and creative desserts
- Collaborate with the crew and kitchen/bar staff
- Handle complaints or issues with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment from diners
- Take reservations, polish glasses, and set the tables professionally
**Job Requirements**:
- Language - be able to communicate with Chef Huseyin Turan in English and engage with diners from a dynamic culture
- Be able to handle open kitchen concept with diner’s interaction
- Multitask (cleaning, prep work, cooking, serving, and aftersales services)
- Team players and love to help and support each other
- Confident and natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer focus with the ability to engage with different types of diners and build rapport quickly
- Collaborative, agile, and striving to win at every opportunity
