The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. **About the Team**:

- The SG team at Shopee empowers sellers/buyers from all over the world to sell into the Singapore market. The team helps sellers to market their products and provide enabling services such as buyer experience, seller management, logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, warehouse fulfillment, and business intelligence. Browse our Singapore eCommerce team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Facilitate the team in handling Shopee’s Singapore e-commerce user experience-related activities, including marketing, revenue, campaign management, and business development. Provide corresponding product solution/support
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, build up domain expertise to understand business requirements, and identify strategic opportunities
- Focus on centralizing all product-related requests from all fronts of Singapore departments and putting them into well-written business requirement documents (BRD)
- Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure proper product design can fulfill Cross Border business needs. Prepare and conduct necessary tests
- Manage feature rollout closely with business with training, deployment planning, day-to-day support, feedback gathering, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with system knowledge
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across different markets
- 3-8 years product design or project management experience, experience in system design/architecture or restful API design/implementation would be highly desirable
- Strong in logic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability Able to handle complex system requests.
- Good understanding of eCommerce markets, competition, and customers
- Strong ownership, with a self-start mindset, and willingness to learn. Bias towards actions, getting things done independently
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
- Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
- Work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
