DESIGNATION : Intern, Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent interns to join our team and assist in documenting the processes of our various departments. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a Bachelor of Accountancy to gain practical experience and contribute to our organization's success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- FP&A Documentation Assistant:

- Work closely with the FP&A team to understand and document financial planning and analysis processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of FP&A procedures.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation repositories for easy access and reference.
- Financial Accounting and Control Documentation Assistant:

- Support the Financial Accounting and Control team in documenting accounting procedures and controls.
- Conduct interviews and research to gather necessary information for process documentation.
- Assist in reviewing and updating existing documentation to reflect current practices.
- AR & Billing Documentation Assistant:

- Collaborate with the AR & Billing team to document accounts receivable and billing processes.
- Assist in creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and manuals for AR and billing operations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accountancy degree at NTU or SMU or NUS.
- This internship opportunity is for a fixed duration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
