Reporting to the Managing Director, one of the key responsibilities for this role is to design operational process consistency and efficiency across the Bank due to an ongoing acquisition in the Group Trust across several jurisdictions.
- Within NAV; through the optimal integration of NAV, iManage and outlook; via the processes that occur outside of NAV.

In this context, this role will refer to and co-ordinate with the Chairperson of the Group Trust Technical User Committee to agree on technical objectives. as well as work and project priorities in regards to the global Group Trust configuration of Group Trust’s core systems, and with the more efficient interaction and embedding of common procedures into and via the systems environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Developing systems related business and operational procedures, in discussion with the Chairperson of Group Trust Technical User Committee and line management, in order to enable the more efficient operating environment for the business
- Designing and maintaining NAC policies and procedures
- Maintaining data, workflows, lists, user defined fields and all other system configuration settings
- Undertaking cleansing or remediation of existing and new data post on-boarding to align with Group Trust processes and best practice
- Assisting new and existing employees understand the Bank’s systems, including NavOne, iManage and Reporting Services
- Providing report writing and data extracts as required to assist local management with post data migration management reporting and process normalization
- Providing access to and training on existing Group Trust functionality that may not yet be deployed in Singapore with a view to process alignment and greater efficiencies
- Undertaking workshops with Singapore staff to identify existing or new post-acquisition operational problems with a view of delivering system or operational improvements
- Performing any other duties as assigned by management
