Student Services Executive

The Student Services Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of student administration and engagement. This role ensures the smooth handling of student matters from admissions to participation in college activities, while maintaining a strong front desk presence to manage communication with students and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the **front desk**, including answering phone calls, handling walk-in enquiries, and providing reception support.
- Record, monitor, and update **student attendance**regularly.
- Maintain and file **students’ Personal Files (P-files)**in an organised and accurate manner.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of **student orientation**sessions.
- Handle **student feedback**and ensure timely escalation or resolution where necessary.
- Encourage and coordinate **student participation**in college activities such as masterclasses, external performances, and outings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum ITE Certification in Business Administration or related discipline
- Able to work **Tuesday to Saturday (5-day work week)**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
