Student Services Executive

Conduct student meeting session and perform coaching and counselling as and when required alongside with the Faculty Members, regarding personal, academic, vocational, or behavioural issues.
- Update and maintain all key reports required for management EduTrust compliance.
- Monitoring WSQ-funded graduates on their fulfilment of their industry bond and ensure close follow up with every case.
- Following SOP and maintain quality assurance standards set by the academy to pass internal and external audits.
- Monitor student feedback and complaints and resolve issues.
- LOO Report
- Follow up on LOO 5, 6 & 7 Reports.
- Updating LOO of new intakes & student details for monthly submission to SSG
- Ensure information on LMS and SIS are up to date and accurate.
- Prepare student cards
- Upload students photo onto SIS
- Liaise with counsellor and prepare reports
- Prepare and send out survey for EOT, CEM courses and In-house events. Tabulate reports, and executive summary
- Coordinate events, such as:
- Home Coming
- Students Orientation
- Community work
- Student Excursion
- Coordination of Apprenticeship & Industrial Attachment for DIPB students. Arrange site visit with new and existing partners.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a reputed PEI in similar capacity.
- Passion for food, food service, education, F&B industry and the chef profession preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Skilful and effective in decision making, and impactful in presentation delivery
- Independent, creative and motivated individual with strong project management skills
- Possess strong analytical skills & business acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in multiple locations and across functions
- Attention to detail
- Affinity for disruptive innovations, digital transformations or partnerships and collaborations
