We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Associate, Customer Service.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Handling written correspondences (policy statements and Update Policy Illustrations requests)
- RNF transactions and advisory for orphan customers
- Adhering to Training and Competency Plan and fulfil minimum standards of competence
- Handling complaints - complaints assigned to be closed within SLA
- Assist in Complaints Management
- Maildrops - Corporate action, annual maildrops and adhoc maildrops
- Adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma with 2 -5 years of customer service experiences
- Experiences in insurance industry is highly preferred
- Pleasant disposition
- Good commununication skill
- Able to converse in English is essential
- Ability to multi task and flexible to take on different tasks and activities assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
