Assisting with loading/unloading of goods from vehicle and deliver to customers.
- At all times follow Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and abide by company training for the collection, transport, and Delivery of Goods to customers.
- To complete all paperwork in respect of Goods delivery accurately and legibly and return it to base at the end of a shift including CODs collected (If Applicable).
- To ensure that appropriate reaching, lifting, and handling techniques are applied as per training when delivering Goods, using appropriate equipment where necessary.
- Carry out informal and formal risk assessments to assess hazards, then implement safe systems of work and reduce risks to yourself, customers and other persons involved during delivery.
- Report defects and deficiencies of the vehicle and equipment to your superiors immediately.
- Review and verify invoices and CODs to ensure accuracy.
- To always follow Company’s Code of Conduct during work.
- Regular washing and cleaning of vehicles.
- Assisting Driver while reversing or any situation when he/she needs help.

**JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Follow instructions and duties briefed by your direct superior.
- To attend toolbox briefing prior to commencement of work.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed according to current policies and procedures.
- To ensure that the uniform is worn in accordance with the organization’s work wear policy and hygiene and infection control policy. **Big-Foot Logistic Pte Ltd operates No Smoking Policy.**:

- Preparing the vehicle, undertaking all checks as per SOP prior to commencing a shift. Ensuring the vehicle is always kept tidy and all personal belongings are removed at the end of each shift.
- To abide by the company policies in respect of social responsibility and to always promote professionalism and courtesy towards Customers.
- Observe and comply to all Workplace Safety standards, Protocols, Duties and Responsibilities in accordance with the workplace/department you are going to work in.
- To ensure that statutory regulations and organizational policies and procedures are always implemented and adhered to.
- To attend toolbox briefing prior to commencement of work.
