Leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities.
- Assisting in creating high-level briefings for management as well as executive stakeholders.
- Develop a working understanding of diverse and nuanced processes and operating procedures.
- Develop enterprise business capability architecture, including artifacts such as maps, value streams, and roadmaps.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, strategies, and priorities for the ERP transformation.
- Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and validate architectural designs.
- Ensure that the solution design is consistent and standardized and facilitate capture and maintenance of business requirements.
- Foster collaboration and consensus-building among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and facilitate decision-making throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues related to the SAP transformation project and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

- What you´ll bring:

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- 3-5 years of business architecture experience in a complex, technical environment, experience with SAP technologies and implementations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge concerning manufacturing and ERP related IT-systems. Ideally you have already worked with or in a matrix team structure in relation to requirements, process, and solutions management.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design, with a track record of driving successful business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $5,602.74 - $15,000.00 per month
