**Responsibilities**:

- Perform impact analysis for upstream and downstream changes that affect the systems
- Design, develop and implement high quality ETL solutions, transformations and reports using Microsoft SQL Server tools
- Utilize programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and technologies while contributing to the technical code documentations
- Follow the organizational SDLC processes to deliver project or enhancement requests, create/update SDLC documents including functional and non-functional specifications, technical design documents, test plan, test cases, release procedures, system operational documents, user manuals, etc
- Manage vendors on daily development works, review and signoff results delivered by vendors by following corporate process framework and best industry practices
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues and system problems escalated by IT Operation team, identify root cause, provide workaround to rectify issues/problems and work out long-term solution to fix issues/problems permanently
- Involve in regularly maintenance activities, e.g., yearly DR drill, quarterly support for server or platform software patching, etc.
- Provide ad-hoc support for IT service requests, e.g., data extraction, data alteration, extract system logic, answer to users’ inquiry about the data/logic in the system, etc.
- Evaluate the current system state, identify aspects to improve and recommend changes to achieve improvement.
- Coordinate production release preparation, provide on-call support and afterhours/weekend support as needed to cover change deployment
- Highlight or escalate risk and issues to relevant parties in a timely manner
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Manage Information Science, or equivalent
- Min. 4 years’ experience on MSSQL DB development using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, stored procedures, functions, triggers, able to construct complex queries in T-SQL
- Min. 2-years on Data Warehouse or DataMart system development
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Experience in development using Power BI and Qlik Sense is a plus
- Possess problem-solving ability and work well in a challenging technical environment, with capability to multi-task whilst delivering high quality solutions
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong sense of ownership on managing assigned tasks
- Ability to function independently or as a team player
