**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily meetings with BU MRRT focal points to validate and follow up on logistics-related manufacturing non-conformances (NCs).
- Provide logistics insights during warehouse inspections to identify root causes of defects with QC inspectors and advise relevant stakeholders during MRRT meetings.
- Drive containment, disposition, and corrective actions for reported logistics issues.
- Handle NC complaints from the manufacturing unit, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective process improvements.
- Lead quarterly process audits, report findings, and ensure timely closure on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Draft and update quality instructions, guidance documents, and stand-downs for quality improvements.
- Act as the site focal for quality matters in the raw material warehouse supporting manufacturing.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics review reports for the customer.
- Ensure proper task handover to backup personnel during leave periods.
- Perform all tasks accurately and within set timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience implementing 8D, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs.
- Certifications in quality (e.g., Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma, Internal Auditor) are a plus.
- Strong background in quality inspection and auditing, with a solid grasp of QA tools, concepts, and methodologies.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing logistics.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPMDS).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
