**Overview**
My client sits within the Marine and Services field and is looking out for a QA Specialist to join the team. This is a unique position because my client's expanding and you'll play a pivotal role within the QA team.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's adherence to ISO standards and maintaining a culture of excellence. You will lead quality initiatives, conduct audits, and drive process improvements to optimize operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **ISO Management**:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- **Auditing**:Conduct regular internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and opportunities for optimization.
- **Process Improvement**:Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance operational efficiency.
- **Complaint Management**:Investigate and document customer complaints and disputes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- **Documentation**:Manage and maintain accurate process documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements and internal standards.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze quality metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and inform data-driven decision-making.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to promote quality awareness and drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
