We’re looking for a **Sales Research Associate** to join Procore’s Revenue org. In this role, you’ll work directly with Sales Leadership and help manage regional data needs.

This position will report to Regional Operations Director, APAC, and the role will be based out of Singapore. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Enrichment and re-enrichment of accounts with firmographics and contacts via web research and phone confirmation
- Advocating/supporting enablement with SDRs maintaining assigned accounts following the region’s priorities and Accounts & Contacts Best Practices
- Work directly with Revenue Ops and Data teams to establish two-way feedback to improve data, including data processes, quality, and acquisition across the region.
- Support and collaborate with the Sales and SDR team to execute account plans according to business priorities, such as researching, monitoring, and acquiring relevant data on the upcoming and existing major construction projects in specific target markets
- Utilize resources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, BCI Central, and other external data sources
- Local support for various data needs, such as acquiring valid and updated contacts of key decision-makers in construction projects in Asia
- Support identification of local data sources and recommendations on BPO/ enhancement prioritization
- SFDC proficiency, such as assigning territories and accounts, merging accounts and contacts, setting up and maintaining hierarchies
- Work towards weekly and monthly KPI targets in line with team goals

**What we’re looking for**:

- Multilingual, English Speaking
- BA/BSA
- Experience in SaaS
- Experience working in Salesforce
- At least one year of professional working experience
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt
- Looking for detail-oriented self-starters who are excited to dive in and solve problems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
