**Responsibilities**:
For existing data centers, manage lease renewals by notifying stakeholders 6 months prior to contract expiration to decide on renewal.
In overseas decommissioning projects, assist the Site Selection TPM in communicating with data centers regarding the feasibility and specific plans for decommissioning, and track the implementation of each preliminary action discussed.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Over 3 years of experience in data center construction or on-site operations and maintenance; experience with Alibaba data centers is preferred.
- Project management experience; holders of PMP or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- IT background with familiarity in areas such as network architecture, servers, and fiber optics is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in an additional local language is an advantage.
- Willingness to commute to multiple sites within the region; possession of a local driver’s license is preferred.
