**We Offer
As a member of the Social Media team at Xodbox, you will have the opportunity to set new benchmarks and processes to bring the projects and campaigns to life.

You know the science and data behind Social Media. You understand all lingos and insights to keep the client up to date of their social media performance and weaknesses. You are able to dissect data and make them into human understandable charts and summaries. Be it planning for campaign strategies, solving technical challenges or transforming insights from Excel to Powerpoint, you are always the forerunner of the playing field.

**You Get To**
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact on social specific accounts, forming strong client relationships, understanding their needs, wants and engage the clients to help them manage social media related deliverables
- Contribute and plan social and online media strategy development and execution
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms
- Drive initiatives and strategy to convert audience into leads
- Work with in-house content and creative teams to co-create successful content and campaigns
- Identify, manage and analyse end-to-end social media benchmarks and reports
- Be the forerunner and stay up-to-date and engaged across social media platforms
- Monitor and engage in client’s social communities and communications
- Develop, monitor and analyse advertising across social media platforms and across digital landscape
- Responsible for pulling data and research components needed for new business pitches

**You Have**
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Experience in managing Social Media campaign
- Experience with social media platforms, dashboards and analytics tools

**You Are**
- Strong project management and organisation skill
- A strong multi-tasker, with ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Highly independent and reliable
- A good communicator with good presentation skill
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill
- A strong team player with collaborative spirit
