**Area Product Owner -**
**OMS, Trading, Dealing Desks (AVP). **

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Product Owner (PO) in driving the Product Roadmap for key OMS systems and prioritize Product Backlog
- Align with business stakeholders across Markets, Segments and Product teams to create backlogs and develop well defined user stories.
- Assist PO in leading an Agile squad comprising of Business and Technology partners to drive timely and quality delivery against the Product backlog. Drive User Story grooming & Sprint Planning.
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories and implement effective testing practices before rolling our new features and enhancements.
- Manage user testing, system training and rollout planning.
- Track and report User engagement, adoption metrics, and develop plans for driving User Satisfaction

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Good tertiary education preferred.
- Total of 10-12 years of experience with minimum 7-10 years of solid experience in participating in complex, cross-functional technology-related projects in banking
- Relevant experience as Junior Product Owner / Business Analyst, in a Trading / Dealing desk environment.
- Relevant experience in Change/Project Management, delivering complex, cross-functional projects, in Banking.
- Familiar with the principle of agile methodology, certification as Scrum master or Product owner
- Ability to lead and influence delivery teams comprising of Business Analysts, tech analysts, and developers.
- Strong Product knowledge across Asset Classes including Equities, FX, Structured Products etc.
- Domain knowledge of Trading systems and Order Placement, Execution and Post trade processes and workflows
- Can work confidently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and SQL.
