Responsibilities
- Keeping and improving workpiece quality during fabrication, assembly, and machining.
- Quality standards, as well as inspection methodology and processes, are being developed.
- Acquiring, analyzing, and developing corrective action plans based on manufacturing and inspection data in order to promote quality, safety, and efficiency
- Conduct a production investigation to back up and improve the work.
- Fixtures and test stands are being developed to improve manufacturing and measurement precision.
- In collaboration with production managers and supervisors, controls and improvements are developed and implemented.
- Make quality assurance checklists for machining, fabrication, and assembly.
- Knowledge of Solid Works and 2D CAD is required.
- Set up a working system to ensure the manufacturing process's conformity and accuracy.
- Make and present an engineering presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a quality assurance environment is required.
- Analysis of CAD data (measurement & manipulation).
- Basic understanding of measurement equipment operation (CMM preferred)
- Ability to work independently from general supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:15pm
